POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to support KOJO’s EMEA production team across live sports presentation and event projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow a career in event production, offering hands-on experience across client support, event delivery, creative development, and onsite operations, with a clear pathway toward becoming an Event Producer RESPONSIBILITIES · Support Producers in planning and delivering live events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and documentation are well coordinated. · Assist with client liaison, including meeting preparation, note-taking, follow-ups, and preparation of client-facing materials. · Contribute to creative development by gathering references, supporting proposals, and assisting with tenders and pitches. · Support onsite event delivery, assisting with coordination, stage management, and smooth day-to-day operations. · Assist with event logistics including travel, accreditation, suppliers, schedules, and Health & Safety documentation. · Support budget tracking by gathering quotes, assisting with purchase orders, and maintaining financial documentation. · Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and organised project files. · Provide general office and administrative support as required to support the wider team. · Collaborate across departments and proactively support colleagues to ensure successful project delivery. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Strong interest in live events, sports presentation, and event production. · Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. · Clear and professional communication skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. · High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and logistics. · Basic understanding of event budgeting and cost tracking. · Familiarity with event logistics, scheduling, and onsite operations. · Awareness of Health & Safety requirements in live event environments. · Comfortable using project management and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Drive or similar). · Proactive, adaptable team player with a strong willingness to learn and support others. QUALIFICATIONS · Degree or equivalent experience in Events, Production, Marketing, Business, or a related field. · Previous experience or practical exposure to live events, sport presentation, or event production is desirable. · Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak event periods. · Eligibility to work in the relevant location and ability to travel to event sites as required.
