Responsibilities
* Full-time position (40 hours per week across 4 days).
* 1 in 3 Saturdays, or 1 in 6 full weekends at the sister 24-hour hospital.
* Clinical leadership role with opportunities to develop and mentor others.
* Involvement in shaping the clinical direction of the practice.
About the Practice and Team
An experienced, RCVS-accredited practice with a loyal client base and a supportive environment where clinical standards and patient welfare are the priority. The practice is located near the town centre and is equipped with ultrasound, ECG, dental suite, in-house laboratory, and separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas.
About You
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
* Proven experience in delivering excellent clinical and client care.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and inspire your team.
* Team player with a proactive and compassionate approach.

The Package
* Salary up to £60,000 (DOE).
