Responsibilities
* Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
* Liaise with customers via the telephone to confirm order details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to their orders.
* Collaborate with the warehouse management to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Maintain accurate records of all orders, including changes and cancellations, in compliance with company policies.
* Administration tasks
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an order processing or customer service environment.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems although full training will be given so not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with inventory management processes is advantageous but not essential.
* A positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement is highly valued.

Pay
* Weekly pay: 1 week in arrears
* Salary: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
* Salary: Negotiable, dependent upon experience
