Duties
* Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organising materials
* Support skilled tradespeople by transporting tools and equipment around the site
* Perform general labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
* Set up barriers, and safety signage as required
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
* Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
* Follow instructions accurately to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
* Reliable with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
* Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to construction sites is desirable
