The Best Connection West Bromwich has a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Administrator to join our client's fantastic company based within the heart of Wednesbury.

* Pay: £12.82 per hour.
* Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hours (start and finish time TBC).
* CV & interview is required before starting this role.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HSE Administrative Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to the Site HSE Manager. The successful candidate will ensure that all functions comply with legal responsibilities and will coordinate activities that contribute to the site's overall HSE performance. Please see main duties below.

Daily duties include:

* Coordinate diary management and organise meetings for the HSE department, including HSE Committees and training schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
* Proactively manage and input accurate data into HSE systems such as incidents, near misses, and safety conversations, maintaining up-to-date information for real-time monitoring and reporting.
* Prepare and produce professional, accurate documentation within required timescales, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity (e.g., claims information packs, meeting minutes).
* Provide monitoring data and trend analysis to support the HSE Manager in reporting on site HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Establish and maintain all necessary records, archives, and HSE management systems to ensure compliance and effective data management.

What qualities we are looking for:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with database and document control software; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to collate, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
* Flexible to work overtime if needed.
* Good communication skills.
* Team player.
