Chef de Partie - Start Immediately

Our clients span sectors such as education, healthcare, and business & industry, offering varied and rewarding kitchen environments. Pay Rate: £14.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on location)
Working Hours: Shifts available Monday to Sunday - hours vary by assignment
Contract: Ongoing temporary work
DBS: Enhanced DBS required for certain placements
Certification: Food Safety Level 2 is essential

Main Duties:
* Delivering consistently high-quality meals in line with client expectations
* Running a designated section of the kitchen with efficiency and care
* Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
* Upholding food hygiene and safety standards at all times
* Assisting with stock rotation and inventory checks
* Guiding and supporting junior kitchen staff when needed

What We're Looking For:
* At least 12 months' experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Valid Food Safety Level 2 certificate
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Solid understanding of food safety, allergens, and kitchen best practices
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work under pressure
* Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
