What You'll Be Doing
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company, providing top-tier customer service while solving plumbing challenges. You will be responsible for:
* Responding quickly to plumbing service calls with professionalism and expertise
* Diagnosing plumbing issues and recommending effective solutions
* Estimating costs and executing repairs and installations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our residential clients
* Handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs

What We’re Looking For
* Open Availability – Must be available Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays as needed
* Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
* Valid driver’s license
Experience & Education
* At least 5 years of experience in residential plumbing service preferred
