Social Media Manager – Superdry
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop Superdry’s presence across organic social media channels (Meta, TikTok, and X) and support our influencer outreach programme.
Responsibilities
 * Support the Head of Brand Marketing in executing the organic social media strategy across channels
 * Work with the Brand Creative team to plan social content in line with the wider marketing plan
 * Oversee the execution of all organic social media platforms, with a key focus on Meta and TikTok
 * Manage organic social scheduling and boosting on a day‑to‑day basis
 * Develop the upper funnel social strategy for all brand communications on Meta and TikTok across both organic and paid
 * Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to maximise all paid social activity to aligned KPIs and strategy
 * Support the development of our influencer outreach programme (gifted and paid)
 * Create social‑first content and attend photoshoots and events
 * Adjust campaigns to ensure performance targets are met and improve analytics across channels
 * Deliver results with a drive for testing and learning
 * Manage weekly and monthly reporting within the team
Qualifications
 * Experience in social media marketing and influencer outreach (minimum 3 years)
 * Track record in the fashion/retail industry or a comparable sector
 * Strong understanding of social media and influencer landscape, including platform updates and trends
 * Ability to interpret marketing requirements and develop specific social briefs
 * Detail‑oriented execution of global and regional social activities
 * Cross‑functional collaboration experience (internal teams and agencies)
 * Proficient in social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta/Tik Tok Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
 * Comfortable with budget tracking and delivering within budget constraints
