The Marvell College seeks to appoint a person to join a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve. The college is committed to appointing high quality staff and supports their development.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will need a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to both students and adults. The role will involve managing and supervising the learning of students during the absence of the class teacher to maximise the attainment and accelerate the progress of students.

We are extremely proud to serve our community and have a committed body of staff who strive to go the extra mile for the pupils in our care. We seek to live out our school motto that those in our care are, and can be, "As good as anyone, anywhere" and ensure our school values of "Ambition, Respect and Courage" permeate all that we do. The school is oversubscribed every year and staff turnover is very low.
