This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in Salisbury offering a well-structured working day, outstanding MDT support and a genuinely collaborative culture. The practice has built an impressive clinical support structure, with ANP-led triage, a home visiting service and strong pharmacy support helping to keep GP workload safe and sustainable.
Salary & Benefits
* Circa £12,500 per session rising to £13,000 after 6 months
* Indemnity paid

* Continuation of service included for sick pay and maternity pay
Workload & Structure
* 4–6 sessions available
* 15-minute appointments throughout
* No home visits
* No traditional Duty Doctor
* ANP-led triage model
* Mixture of pre-booked and same-day appointments
* Pooled list with fair-share admin only
* Daily whole-team clinical meeting at 1:30pm
