We have a new opportunity available working with our young service user within in his own home in Skelmersdale supporting with his complex care needs.
We specialise in delivering high-quality, personalised support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Care Health Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the well-being of those who require specialised attention.
Our service user is a 3-year-old boy who lives with his loving family in Skelmersdale and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs on a 1:1 basis throughout night.
Main duties of the job
He loves the interaction and engagement with his family and care team, exploring his favourite toys and thrives on love and care, creating a profound connection with those around him.
Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed.
Shifts Available
1. Full Time & Part Time Nights Available
2. 10:00pm - 8:00am
3. Alternate weekends are needed for this position
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £ per hour (Approx. £145 per 10-hour shift)
Weekends: £ per hour (Approx. £150 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £ per hour (Approx. £165 per 10-hour shift)

Job description
Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
