What you will do:
Manage an active caseload and complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatment plans across the borough of Redbridge.
Deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions to patients with a new stroke diagnosis, focusing on community rehabilitation.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, applying up-to-date stroke rehabilitation guidelines to achieve patient‑centred goals.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to support effective patient management.
Order and recommend appropriate equipment to maximise patient independence and quality of life.
Requirements:
Registration: HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience: Proven experience working with stroke patients in a community or rehabilitation setting.
Driving: Must be a confident driver due to community-based work requirements.
