Join Our Team as an HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)
The Role:
Are you ready to hit the road and make a difference? As an HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E), you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that freight moves seamlessly between distribution hubs. With no loading or unloading required, your main focus will be on safe driving, effective communication, and teamwork.
Your Responsibilities:
* Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all road regulations.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards.
* Deliver goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service.
* Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any issues.
* Utilize technology applications comfortably to enhance your driving experience.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Valid C+E Class 1 licence (max 6 points; no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Confident English communication skills
* A willingness to complete a background check and drug/alcohol screening

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts available:
* 12-hour shifts
* Day and night shifts
* Overtime opportunities
* Weekend availability
Experience Required:
* Commercial driving: 1 year (required)
Work Authorization:
* Must have authorization to work in the United Kingdom (required)
