Children's Home Deputy Manager (Liverpool/Widnes)

Are you an experienced team leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a fantastic team in a Widnes-based children's home that specializes in supporting young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) and challenging behaviours.
This is a great opportunity to help lead a small, effective home that currently cares for up to two children and has a "GOOD" Ofsted rating.
Your Role
As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home remains a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of the home.
* Stepping up to manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
* Supporting the recruitment and development of the staff team.
Contract and Pay
* This is a full-time, permanent position.
* Shift pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off, plus dedicated admin days.
* Pay: £15.00 per hour, plus a £60 per sleep-in allowance.
What We're Looking For
* An NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
* Proven experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
* A valid driver's license.
