Main Purpose Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining a well-organised and secure retail environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and managing the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and drive sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy and products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock replenishment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.
