The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales performance, leading from the front to drive revenue growth while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also play a key role in motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Drive new business development within a B2B environment
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
* Provide guidance on financial solutions, including mortgages and banking products
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
About You
* Proven B2B sales experience within a fast-paced environment
* Strong financial awareness (experience in banking, mortgages, or similar preferred)
* Previous experience leading and motivating a sales team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals
* CRM proficient
* Experience in insolvency or debt solutions is advantageous

* £40,000 basic salary
