An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant learning community within Simpson Primary School. The school is a non-denominational school serving the community of Wester Inch in Bathgate, West Lothian. The school accommodates 22 mainstream classes and a nursery class. The school roll currently stands at children in P1-P7 and accommodates children in the nursery class.

We aim to inspire, motivate, engage and empower our children in and through their learning providing an excellent education enabling children to be the best they can be.
The school works very closely in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community and it has a very active and effective Parent Council that helps to enhance the experiences of the children and raise funds for a range of additional resources.
One of the key strengths within Simpson Primary is the culture of collegiate working and it is within that ever-strengthening culture of continuous improvement that the school will work together with the whole school community, to take forward identified priorities.
The Administrative Assistant role will share the clear focus of all staff on delivering high quality learning experiences for all of our learners within Simpson Primary School. The successful candidate will follow West Lothian Council policies.
