Working Foreman - City of London
Our client is a specialist subcontractor that carries out very niche work and are market leaders in what they do.
You'll play a key part in bringing structure and organisation to projects following the departure of a senior team member, while also helping to build and lead a new team around you.This is a split role, with 50% on the tools and 50% supervising and managing the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that actively supports your progression into more senior management roles.
The ideal Working Foreman will have:
* A carpentry background
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Willingness to muck in and lead by example
* A proactive, hands-on attitude
* The ambition to eventually move off the tools
Essential Certifications:
* CSCS Gold Card
* SSSTS
* First Aid
Job details:
* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Primarily City of London
* Salary: 200 - 225 per day
