We're partnered with an established manufacturing business looking to strengthen its operational leadership with a more strategic hire.
This is a hybrid role about managing the day to day, as well as stepping back, understanding how the business operates today, and shaping how it needs to operate tomorrow, whilst still having your finger on the pulse of daily activities.
You'll sit close to a highly organised leader. The expectation is simple: take direction, take ownership, and deliver. Bring control to complexity and create confidence that things are handled.
Salary: circa £70,000
What You'll Be Doing
* Assessing how work currently flows across the business
* Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and areas of risk
* Mapping out what 'better' looks like and building the route to get there
* Turning broad direction into structured, executable plans
* Driving improvements across process, workflow and performance
* Influencing across teams to gain traction and alignment
* Taking ownership of key initiatives and delivering them end to end
