Job Description
Business Analyst – £45,000 to £55,000 – Hybrid
We are working with a rapidly expanding organisation undergoing significant transformation and modernisation. Following recent acquisitions and growth, they are looking to add a confident and assertive Business Analyst to their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where every project requires a BA, meaning you’ll play a key role in shaping change and delivering impact.
The role
As a Business Analyst, you will be involved from the very earliest stages of projects – working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define objectives, and ensure the vision is clearly translated for delivery teams. You’ll hand over to the delivery team for implementation but remain a key part of the process to ensure successful outcomes.
This is an environment with a lot of organisational change, moving away from traditional waterfall approaches and modernising ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
* Engage with stakeholders to identify and refine project requirements at inception
* Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for delivery teams
* Work on multiple projects, ensuring BA involvement from start to finish
* Support the transition from traditional waterfall methods to modern, Agile ways of working
* Operate within a growing BA function, helping reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency
What we’re looking for
* At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience working in Agile environments
* Excellent soft skills, with the ability to confidently communicate, challenge, and influence stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Confident and assertive personality
The package
* Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
* Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week on site
* Opportunity to work on varied, high-impact projects in a growing business
If you’re a proactive and confident BA looking for a role where you’ll make a real difference in shaping change, we’d love to hear from you.
