Key Responsibilities What You ll Be Doing
Managing your own case load from start to finish. Handling high volumes of claims delivering exceptional service to clients. Liaising with clients, external organisations, and legal professionals. Assisting with client instructions, telephone interviews, and appointments. Providing legal support and guidance to clients where relevant. Reviewing and researching legal matters, including collecting notes. Drafting legal correspondence, letters, and case documentation. Preparing for settlement hearings and instructing counsel. Carrying out general legal administration and case management.
What We re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience
Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent qualification. Completed, looking to complete OR currently studying LPC or SQE. Demonstrable experience in a law firm ideal OR a strong desire to work in law, backed by further qualifications. Knowledge of legal procedures and case handling. Excellent communication and client:handling skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases. Passion for litigation and legal research. Focused and driven by working to KPIs.
