* UK experience within a public, private or third sector engineering environment.
* Ability to independently undertake structural analysis, calculations and detailed design.
* Confident in applying DMRB, Eurocodes and/or relevant British Standards.
* Experience producing AIPs, assessment reports, design statements, specifications, BoQs or PCI packs.
* Understanding of CDM Regulations and experience applying them on projects.
* Proficient with industry standard structural analysis software.
* HNC/HND/BEng/BSc/MEng or equivalent.
* Working toward IEng/CEng or recently achieved.
* Experience mentoring engineers or supervising small teams.
* Experience with digital asset management systems.
* Experience in inspections or asset management planning.
* Awareness of temporary works and complex structural assessments.
