* New permanent Operations Analyst (Finance-Focused) opportunity working with a leading London Market insurer
* Hybrid working (3-4 days per week in the office)

KEY SKILLS
* 3+ years experience within insurance operations / underwriting support / finance
* Strong exposure to credit control, broker ledger, or finance-related processes
* Knowledge of Lloyds processes (Risk Capture, USMs, PBQA, GAAP) highly desirable
* Experience with reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
* Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
THE ROLE
You will provide centralised operational support to the underwriting business, with a strong focus on the financial and reporting aspects of operations.
Responsibilities include managing and improving processes across credit control and broker ledger activities and liaising with underwriters and brokers to resolve queries. You will also support GAAP reporting, including monitoring daily movements and assisting with write-offs and SDD amendments.
