Brand Manager - Away from Home (AFH), EMENA, Hybrid - St Albans

As a Brand Manager - AFH, EMENA, you will lead the regional marketing strategy and execution for Costa Coffees Away From Home segment across the EMENA region. You will shape the brand direction by translating global strategy into clear regional priorities, adapt toolkits and campaigns to suit diverse customer types and operational realities, and ensure their effective rollout across markets.

Acting as the central point of contact for day‑to‑day AFH marketing engagement in mid‑size markets, you will collaborate closely with bottler marketing teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive consistent, high‑impact activation and continuous improvement across the region.


What youll do

* Translate global brand strategy into actionable regional marketing plans tailored to AFH customer segments.
* Lead the adaptation and rollout of toolkits and campaigns across diverse EMENA markets.
* Partner with bottler marketing teams to ensure consistent and high‑quality activation.
* Manage a central AFH marketing budget and influence broader system investment.
* Drive continuous improvement through insights, stakeholder engagement, and best practice sharing.


Who you are

* A strategic marketer with deep experience in FMCG brand management and shopper behaviour.
* A confident communicator and influencer, skilled at building alignment across functions and geographies.
* A visionary with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to delivering projects.
* Experienced in the Away‑From‑Home segment and working with bottlers/distributors.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for brand excellence and innovation.
