What is involved?
We are looking for a friendly individual with a detailed understanding of the use of Telecare equipment for people with complex needs and the ability to provide solutions, advice, and support to our customers to join our Telecare team. 1 x 18.5 Hour Permanent Post. Please note this part time post working pattern will be Wednesday PM, Thursday, and Friday.
You will have the responsibility to assist the team and Telecare Innovator Supervisor on the relevant and existing Telecare provision.
You will act as a key point of contact for discussing appropriate Telecare sensors across the County and support the coordination of Telecare equipment installations for both assessed‑need and private customers. You will also assist with new innovations and sustainability of provision.

What will I need?
* 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) or equivalent OR NVQ 2 Customer Service
* In depth knowledge of Telecare Services
