Key Responsibilities as a production supervisor will include:
* Supervise evening production to meet quality and efficiency targets
* Lead and support team members with clear communication and safety focus
* Coordinate with other shifts and management for smooth operations
* Monitor equipment and escalate maintenance issues
* Maintain a safe, clean workspace aligned with H&S and 5S standards
* Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate documentation
* Support training and development of staff
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and waste reduction
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in production/manufacturing supervision
* Strong grasp of safety, quality control, and production processes
* Proven leadership and team motivation skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
* Background in soft materials, acoustics, or similar industries
* Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or CI methodologies
* Forklift license or mechanical aptitude
