We’re looking for an organised, creative and proactive Visual Merchandising Project Manager to join our Merchandising team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Weybridge Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced luxury environment, supporting the delivery of impactful visual merchandising projects across the UK and Ireland. From premium retail installations to promotional activations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brands are represented consistently, creatively and to the highest standards in-store.
Reporting to the Head of Design & Visual Merchandising, you’ll manage multiple VM projects from concept through to execution — collaborating closely with suppliers, contractors, retailers and client companies to ensure flawless delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and prioritising multiple visual merchandising projects and installation timelines
* Coordinating suppliers, contractors and client companies to ensure smooth execution and approvals
* Tracking project costs, budgets and purchase orders
* Supporting promotional installations, POS delivery and Head Office displays
* Attending planning meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation
* Helping deliver premium retail experiences that elevate our luxury brands
