Operations Supervisor Monday to Friday Location: St Austell Depot We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the depot operations and support our workforce in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant service. What you’ll do: Oversee daily/weekly/monthly tasks to meet KPIs and contract requirements Monitor safe working practices through vehicle CCTV, tracking systems, and on-route crew observations. Ensure compliance with the Company’s Operator’s Licence, drivers’ hours regulations, and the Working Time Directive. Lead inductions, safety training, and site checks Assist Supervisors in driving vehicle and crew efficiencies, while monitoring team performance and competency Support management in ensuring operational productivity, resource planning, and budget alignment. Here’s what we require: Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, operational procedures, and Health & Safety requirements Able to communicate clearly and respectfully at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Good understanding of the drivers Working Time Directive.
