We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role that supports the day-to-day operations of the office and overseeing the scheduling with our contractors. Main Duties:
* Overseeing the schedule for contractors and liaising with the team
* Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
* Manage inbox and work orders
* Monitor and order stock, batteries, and office supplies
* Oversee MOT servicing and vehicle maintenance schedules
* Assist with service visit bookings and annual/biannual maintenance planning
Personal Requirements:
* Background in scheduling and liaising with contractors
* Experience with CRM systems
* Collaborative team player
* Organised individual
