Job Description:
A very successful, well-established, and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Maidstone is searching for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to help manage payroll services for their varied client base. This role offers excellent progression and development potential. It is a part-time position, either 3 or 4 days a week, with opportunities to get involved in bookkeeping work, with full training provided.
The firm services a wide range of clients across different industries and sectors, providing exposure to diverse client types. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering payroll services (weekly/monthly), handling queries, advising clients on technical issues, and assisting with projects. You will have the opportunity to develop within the firm, taking on more responsibilities and progressing your career.
Requirements:
* Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice or bureau.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
* Part-time or full-time availability.
Benefits:

Additional Requirements:
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified or experienced, with at least 3 years of practice experience. Experience as a Semi Senior or Senior accountant in practice is preferred. Knowledge of Iris and cloud software such as Xero or QuickBooks is advantageous.
