The Role: One of my local government clients is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Chief Officers. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our leadership team operates efficiently, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities Include: * Expert management of diaries, inboxes, and meeting schedules * Handling sensitive and high-priority correspondence * Organising and supporting meetings, including agendas and minutes * Streamlining processes and sharing best practices * Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders * Working closely with elected members and senior teams About You: * Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role, ideally in local government or a public sector organisation * Excellent communication, discretion, and time management skills * Confident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Skilled in MS Office and adaptable to new technologies If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
