Tonic are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our client's fresh-food gastro pub in Burton-on-Trent. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery of the modern, ingredient led dishes. What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen
* Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
