About the Role
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
Our stores are stocked with thousands of products, from clothes and household items to tinned foods, frozen goods, and chilled produce. Our warehouse teams are essential in picking and organizing products to ensure they reach the shelves for our customers. This role involves fast-moving, busy, and varied work as part of our supply chain.
As part of the Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship, your responsibilities will include:
1. Replenishing stock of all shapes and sizes within the warehouse.
2. Picking stock by store or product type and preparing deliveries for stores.
3. Using equipment safely and effectively (full training provided).
If you're interested in building a career in logistics through a Level 2 apprenticeship while working, this role offers that opportunity. You will receive support from our apprenticeship provider Babcock and your line manager throughout the 12-month apprenticeship. Please note that passing functional Maths and English tests is required unless exempted.

You are naturally friendly, eager to learn new skills, and work well in a team to deliver excellent results. You are committed to working accurately and efficiently, ensuring goods are delivered 'on time in full' to keep our stores stocked and customers satisfied. You must be willing to commit to the 12-month Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship.
