Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Northamptonshire – £60,000 - £100,000+ DOE – Job Ref: 0470 Are you a confident and technically strong Corporate Solicitor looking to join a dynamic and progressive Legal 500 firm? This is a stand-out opportunity to play a key role in a growing corporate team, working alongside a highly respected Partner and Head of Corporate in Northamptonshire.
This role has arisen as part of the firm’s succession planning strategy and offers the chance to take on a high level of responsibility from day one. You’ll work on a broad mix of corporate matters, including M&A, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures – all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
