Berkeley Scott We are looking for a talented and passionate Indian Restaurant Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have a strong knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional flavors, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and fresh breads (naan, roti, paratha). Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Manage food preparation, portion control, and kitchen inventory. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Supervise and support kitchen staff when required. Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes. Requirements: Proven experience as a chef in an Indian restaurant. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Experience with tandoor cooking is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
