The Role
Shillito Group are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing business for a Job Preparation Operative to join their Mould Shop team.
This is a hands on role focused on preparing equipment for production, supporting changeovers, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You will be working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.
Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
* Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
Pay
* £15.00 per hour basic
* £2.6894 per hour supplement
* 4.75% attendance allowance
Average earnings: £35,700 per year
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing mould equipment for job changes
* Ensuring parts and equipment are ready for production
* Supporting machine changeovers
* Loading and unloading equipment
* Keeping the work area clean and organised
* Supporting general operations within the mould shop
What We're Looking For
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
2. FLT licence is essential
