Job Description
1. Provide expert legal counsel and support on finance-related matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and contracts.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to support client needs and organizational goals.
5. Advise clients on financial transactions, including structuring and risk assessment.
6. Assist in managing legal documentation and processes related to financial services.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
8. Contribute to the overall success of the legal department by supporting various initiatives and projects.
