Seeking a Project Payroll (Dayforce) specialist to come in and assist with a wider company (Retail) payroll transformation journey. This is a 6-month, rolling, remote specialist role!

Description
Project Payroll (Dayforce)
* Payroll Reporting
o Develop, validate, and maintain payroll reports within Dayforce.
o Analyse payroll data for accuracy, compliance, and trend insights.
o Support audit requirements by producing timely and accurate payroll outputs.
* Parallel Running
o Execute and compare Dayforce parallel payroll runs against legacy system outputs.
o Identify discrepancies, analyse variances, and support resolution of issues.
o Document findings and ensure payroll accuracy prior to go-live.
* System Uploads
o Prepare and validate bulk data uploads into Dayforce (employee data, pay components, timesheets, etc.).
o Ensure data integrity by performing pre- and post-upload quality checks.
o Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot upload errors or formatting issues.
Profile
Project Payroll (Dayforce)
* Immediately available or on short notice
* Payroll discrepancy spotting exposure
* Experience with parallel runs, uploads and managing multiple work-streams
* Strong communicator, organised and deadline driven
* Respond well to change and project requirements
* Work well with multiple departments - HR, Finance and the wider team
* Happy for an interim contract (minimum 6 months)
* Dayforce payroll exposure is ESSENTIAL
* Strong proficiency in bulk data prep (Excel, CSV's etc.)
