This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the school’s facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school premises. Manage site staff and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage budgets related to premises management. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues. Requirements: Level 5 qualification in Estates Management or evidence of relevant continuous professional development. NEBOSH Certificate is essential. Extensive experience in health and safety management. Proven track record in premises management, preferably within an educational setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
