What You’ll Do
As the Talent Management Lead, you will:
* Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Talent Development Programs for all employee levels—from ambitious graduates to seasoned leaders.
* Build and drive career development frameworks to support growth, upskilling, and succession planning across the organization.
* Lead the creation and rollout of transformative training programs that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering higher engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
* Collaborate with business leaders to assess skill gaps and align learning strategies with business goals.

What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive related experience.
* Deep knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and current training methodologies.
* A strategic mindset and the ability to lead transformational culture and engagement initiatives.
