Hours: 37.5
Starting Salary: £52,768 WTE pro rata per annum (based on 37.5 hour week)
(rising to £56,747 WTE subject to satisfactory performance review)

As the Community Palliative Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of our community services, Community Palliative Care Team, Care at Home Team and the Virtual Ward Team.
As a Community Palliative Care Nurse with significant experience, you will use your advanced leadership / clinical assessment and decision-making skills, providing expert clinical input and ensuring the highest standards of palliative and end-of-life care.
You will work closely with our Head of Clinical Services and our multi-disciplinary team and wider healthcare partners across primary, secondary, voluntary, and social care services. You’ll also play a key role in strategic service development and planning, ensuring our care is accessible, responsive, and aligned with national and regional priorities

This post requires the post holder to have a criminal records check at a PVG scheme record update level. An application will be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post. A joint application will be made which the Hospice will pay for.
