Do you have strong commercial construction acumen?
As Commercial Director, you will lead the commercial function across the business, ensuring robust commercial governance while supporting long‑term strategic objectives. You will oversee contractual negotiation and implementation with clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective risk management and the protection of commercial interests.
A core focus of the role will be developing the commercial capability of a well-established team of Surveyors. You will enhance skills across pricing, margin control, contract management, and risk mitigation. Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑development skills are essential.
