Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for end‑user technical issues (hardware, software, connectivity)
* Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals
* Administer users and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
* Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, asset logs, and procurement details
* Log and manage support tickets through our CRM system
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support experience
* Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
* Proven ability to set up and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
