What you will be doing
* Learning how to source top talent across our specialist markets (Legal, Finance, AI/Tech)
* Building relationships with candidates and clients, both over the phone and face-to-face
* Writing and posting job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
* Using leading tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and SourceWhale to manage your pipeline
* Supporting senior recruiters on live vacancies and gradually taking on more ownership
* Getting involved in business development helping to grow existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Developing your own market knowledge and carving out your niche as you grow
* Planning and/or hosting tailored client events, such as networking events, podcasts, roundtables or entertainment based functions.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need to be an experienced recruiter; we’re looking for people who are:
* Sales focused, a background in telesales, retail sales, or contact centres is ideal
* Confident & personable as you’ll be speaking to professionals every day
* Motivated & ambitious, targets don’t scare you, they excite you
* You bring the drive and curiosity and we will provide the training and support.

* Base Salary £26,000- £28,000 P/A
