You will work alongside the Restaurant Management team, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service. Your responsibilities include working to brand standards, leading your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

* Work according to brand standards for food and operations, prioritizing the guest experience
* Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill responsibilities
* Support the development of team members through training and coaching
* Welcome new team members
* Help team members develop skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and service
* Maintain operational standards that positively impact overall store performance
Key skills and knowledge
* Maintain portion control and monitor food levels in the kitchen
* Experience with high-volume trading is preferred
* Provide training and cross-training to improve team productivity and growth
* Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
* Clean equipment thoroughly and timely according to brand guidelines
* Maintain a professional appearance and positive approach
* Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
* Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
* Complete daily paperwork according to brand standards
* Understand and articulate food with integrity
* Understand P&L, budgets, and payroll management
* Manage stock levels and availability
* Control costs to ensure profitability
