Role Responsibilities:

As Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
* Drive continuous quality improvement across the nursery
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
* Oversee budgets and resources to support smooth operations
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
* Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training
Required Qualifications:

We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious leader who is committed to delivering the highest standards in early years education.
You will bring:
* A recognised childcare qualification: NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma, or NVQ Level 3
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
* A genuine passion for early years development and high‑quality childcare
