About the Role
We are currently recruiting committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our partner schools across Tiverton. These schools pride themselves on providing a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, supporting children with a wide range of needs to help them flourish both academically and personally. You’ll be joining a supportive team of staff who are dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for all students.
Key Information
* Start Date: ASAP – flexible start dates available
* Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – with the potential to secure a permanent position
* Pay Rate: £90–£105 per day (experience dependent)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Providing personalised support to help students feel confident, engaged, and ready to learn
* Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
* Helping to create a calm, safe, and supportive classroom environment
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support each child holistically
