So, what will you be doing?
* Editing short‑form videos for social ads using UGC style footage from phones and some highly produced content
* Adding simple motion graphics and transitions
* Assisting in basic post‑production tasks such as colour correction, audio leveling, and exporting for different formats
* Learning how to optimise videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Keeping files and project folders neatly organised and labelled
* Supporting the Senior Videographer with video shoots and prep as needed
* Contributing ideas to creative brainstorms

What we’re looking for
* A proactive, motivated junior video editor to grow in a fast‑paced creative team
* Experience using AI editing tools
* Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro (basic knowledge of After Effects is a bonus)
* Interested in social‑first content, especially short‑form video
* Familiar with UGC and brand storytelling styles
* Detail‑oriented, organised, and keen to learn more about the production process
* Able to take feedback and use it to improve your work
* Passionate about video editing and always looking to develop your skills
