Develop and maintain a high‑quality talent community across key shortage areas such as Manufacturing Engineering, QA, Validation, Automation, and Process Engineering. Promote your personal brand as a specialist in Medical Device recruitment within a competitive and high‑growth market. Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities with both established and emerging client accounts. Source, interview, and present skilled contractors aligned to client needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, negotiation, talent delivery, onboarding, retention, and aftercare. Consistently deliver excellent service while achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue goals.
