We’re working with a scaling, purpose-led fintech business on a Product Manager hire to support the evolution of their digital customer journeys.
This is a genuinely meaningful product focused on helping people navigate financial difficulty, and the team are investing heavily in improving how customers interact with their services through smarter, more automated experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll sit within a product squad, reporting into a Senior Product Manager who owns overall strategy, while you take ownership of delivery across a key product area.
The focus is on two core user journeys: a big part of the role is helping move these experiences toward more scalable, digital-first solutions including the use of AI.
As a Product Manager you’ll be:
* Working closely with design, engineering & data
* Breaking down complex journeys into simple, testable improvements
What they’re looking for:
* Experience as a Product Manager in a cross-functional team
* Strong delivery mindset someone who enjoys execution as much as thinking
* B2C product experience (fintech or regulated environments a bonus)
* Any Mobile/App experience would be beneficial
* Comfortable working with data to inform decisions
* Someone who genuinely cares about solving customer problems
